Babies

Before we went away, we noticed a Robin in our log shed by the front door. I thought about getting a camera to watch some potential babies hatch and grow..

This morning, Mr W spotted to fledglings sitting still like a statue!! Well camouflaged against the wood with their parents fussing about on the telephone wires just outside.

I stopped at the shops to buy meal worms and seed and later on set up my mobile on record to catch them feeding but no luck! In fact, 1 of them flew out as I went in and I'm wondering now if it had actually flown the nest now. At least I got to see them!!

Lady Linda has stayed another night. We had a lovely walk in our local bluebells that seem to be at their best now. I thought we might have missed them while we were away.

Iv cooked a roast and decided after eating at the table in the cottage every night, that we should use our table for meals again instead of on our laps in front of the TV.
