My Best Side.....

It's been a bit of a wildlife week and it still continues. This is one of the resident black swans which appeared on the lake at Trentham Gardens a few years ago.

They have successfully bred only once since then, in 2019. The three youngsters are still part of the family.

They are quite tame and will eat from your hand, and make a lovely squeak when they greet you. They are a real attraction for visitors as they're not native swans.
