DERILICT SUNDAY #DS240

This building was damaged in the Christchurch earthquakes which is going on over 10 years ago so I think it well qualifies for being in the derelict class of 2021.  I love the metal staples they have in the bricks - as if it would hold much up in another good shake... It might what do you think? I think its about time the owner did something about it as it doesn't enhance the seaside port of Lyttleton...
