Friday: T Meal

H&J came over this evening for our T meal (our effort to work our way through cuisines alphabetically).  Tonight T stood for Turkish so we ordered in from ‘Sofra’, which is quite close to us.  We’ve had to skip ‘S’, as the restaurant we have in mind doesn’t have a patio (and in room dining is off the table - no pun intended - until at least the May long weekend).  So we’ll come back to that one.


We started off well, sitting outside, but it got pretty chilly so we thought ‘sod that for a game of soldiers’ and came inside, particularly as we had a birthday cake for J and who wants to eat a birthday cake in the cold? Besides, we’re all careful and half-vaccinated (this is it these days - you feel you have to justify yourself......).


I’m not sure if what’s going on with H’s curious facial expression.....
