White-faced Ibis

La Chua Trail again this morning. Lots of birds, lotsa gators.....

Was very fortunate to capture this young white-faced ibis, with a blue-winged teal in the background. I thought it was a glossy ibis until the gentleman there with me almost wet himself when he noticed it, as it is a reasonably rare species around here. He pointed out to me the easiest way to tell was the red around the eyes.

It is a very heavy crop, so please be gentle about the quality!
