Continuing the theme......

Today, J and I resumed our walk on the track we had been following yesterday, but a couple of miles further north with views out over the sea. We were without the lovely Lucy today and we didn't spot any deer but we were treated to a beautiful aerobatic display by a bird of prey, we think a Hen Harrier.

Earlier in the day, I heard a cuckoo calling somewhere near our garden and I spotted it on top of a nearby tree. It was very obliging and waited until I ran into the house to get my camera. (Extra)
