Right after P & R left yesterday our friends from Boise rolled in. We had a good catch up, take out dinner and soak in the spa. No time for photos.

This morning we went down to watch some of the bicycling portion of the Ironman race. They start out with a 1.2 mile swim, followed by 56 miles on the bike and end with  a 13.1 mile run. My hat's off to them. The extra was probably what I could do. 

Lionel Sanders won with a time of 3:42:56. This is him 3rd title here in St George.

I am grateful these events are being held again and we were so close to get the opportunity to watch some of the athletes.
