A full on day for Lewis' 7th Birthday. 
Went along to give him his present and had lunch. T hen to Holyrood Park for his Parkour Party. It was a new one on me. Basically a technique moving from one place to another using only their bodies including jumping climbing balancing and running. He had nine friends and they were on the move for 1.5hrs and had great fun. 

I then went home for a sleep and then met them all at The Herringbone for a meal, Lewis' favourite restaurant.
