On the wing!

A walk this morning at the Quoile pondage, there are often lots of swans there, up near Steamboat Quay. We had walked past the pontoon where they are usually and on towards the end of the path when we heard that very distinctive sound of swans in flight behind us. I count myself lucky to get the camera ready in time to catch them! They're such beautiful birds, so elegant and serene.
