Home boy

I've probably given this chap the wrong title but as Blip HQ will tell you, I'm over the hill. I spotted this chap and his friend on the way home but by the time I posted the mail and got back in the car I had to snap this on the mobile phone while driving so not great . They had the most unusual shell suits on, covered in text - not the usual chavvy suits - and pork pie hats!
