Milngavie Reservoir
Saturday morning walk round the reservoirs as we have done most weekends this year and for the second week running there were very few birds to photograph.
The blossom trees however are looking good surrounding the memorial to James M Gale, the Glasgow Corporation Water Works Engineer from 1859 to 1902, which stands where the two reservoirs meet. I like the lovely art nouveau lettering and decoration on the bronze plaque above the drinking fountain and have enlarged it in the extra.
