View from the converted water mill we are staying at - the Glasson Branch of the Lancaster Canal.

The planned walk in Morecambe didn't happen - too cold wet and windy - though we did potter around the town.

Walked around the historical sites of Lancaster this afternoon - much easier than driving through it.

Hope granddaughter M enjoyed her 3rd birthday party this afternoon - actual birthday Monday - though of course it would have been much more fun with R and I there - us being party animals:)
