Emergency Blip. Picked up this World Sports book from the 60s. Surprised to find it full of adverts, many of them for cigarettes and smoking.

Reason for the Emergency is I haven't been out after I picked up a nasty bug yesterday. Started sometime in the afternoon and gradually got worse. When I woke up this morning it felt like I had done 15 rounds with Tyson. Got up to watch the Rugby but that didn't help one bit!! May go back to bed now. I think my immune system is quite high at the moment so I should fight it off quickly. Hoping it will be gone when I waken up tomorrow!
