The best laid plans...

woke up nice and early this morning. Must remember to turn off the Saturday alarm on my phone!

My plans were scuppered before the day got started, planned a day to myself, getting out and about, but the weather has been mince, and I had to go get measured up for a kilt.

In other news, you wait all week for a postman and three come along on a Saturday. Yip, three times they were at the door with parcels, it beggars belief. However I do have some new toys to play with.

Don't think I'll have much use for my UV lense today. Looking out on the river Irvine having a coffee I wept as the realisation sunk in.

I'll just have to potter about the house taking macro shots of my shoes.

I've decided the only thing to do with the rest of the day is have a beer and listen to some new albums I've got hold of.
