Woody is back!

Hopefully they will nest here this year aswell...
According to the books they dont nest in the same place year on...
Maybe they havent read that , yet!

Read a little about these birds yesterday evening, this is the female. See extra!
The male has a red spot on his head.

And they use old "holes" as overnight hides, so I think that was what she did... but they have a nest close by.
