Ring Ouzel - 46

We took my mum down to Parkgate today and had an enjoyable walk along the front. While we were looking out across the estuary someone told kwdiane there was a ring ouzel in the field by the car park so we went along to see if we could spot it. It was some distance away so the photo isn't brilliant but I have never seen one before. To be honest if we hadn't known we would never have spotted it because it looks like a slightly more upright, discoloured blackbird. As this was a female the white collar wasn't particularly obvious either.
