Tree surgery

My willows have been merrily growing for the last 12 years, and at a much faster rate than I expected. They are now quite a lot taller than the house, so it was time that they had some maintenance.

I have never used tree surgeons before so wasn't quite sure what to expect. They have done a great job and I can see that, come the summer, I should have a lot more light in the garden.
