Evening tulips

It's been a busy day and I didn't think I was going to get out for a walk so you nearly got a photo of my downstairs washbasin all cleaned up and shining. At least that would have been better than a picture of the kitchen floor (also clean, but not shining).

I had a German lesson and learned how to use the equivalents of "just" and "actually" and other filler words.

Then I went for an evening walk to the duck pond and took a few photos on the way. It's lovely out - chilly with clear skies. The ducks were pleased to see me, or at least to see the duck food I'd brought.

Half an hour more and I'll be off to my nice clean bed. Early nights for the win!
