Hip to Be Square

It’s 2D shapes at school this week. The children played a game where I taped a shape to each of their backs and they had to find out what the shape was by asking other children questions about it. Obviously the most popular question was ‘what shape have I got taped to my back?’ When they got the hang of it though, it was a really nice activity with lots of great maths talk going on.
In today’s ‘Promdemonium’ Pops has decided she wants to keep one of the dresses but it’s needs altering so I’ve found a seamstress and organised a fitting. Shoes arrived today (too small) and she has a very specific request for a car. Have asked around at work but so far no luck.
Anyway, my Sainsbury’s online shop needs finishing and I have Line of Duty to watch. Duty Calls, haha!
