Nuthatch

A nuthatch looking for it's lunch as we ate our lunch at the Cafe on the rock.

A good days walking in the Forest of Dean area, nearly ruined by covid. All the Forestry Commision carparks have pay-and-display machines which are cash only. Who has cash in these days, when everything is cashless? Furthermore, saying you can pay online is only any good if you have some internet coverage!

Goodrich Castle was good, we booked our visit online whilst sat at one of their picnic tables with a tiny amount of internet. Their parking machine took a credit card!
