Omani fisherman

Our last stop on the way back to Seeb Airport was in the town of Barka approaching dusk. It was totally off the beaten track and we received a very friendly welcome. Everyone greeted us and lots wanted to have a quick chat, and some wanted a photo, as with these fishermen. It was a pleasant way to spend a couple of hours walking through the town and along the beach. This unexpected delight was one of the highlights of the trip.
