Through the gate to Kingsbarns

So good to see the sea even if it was a bit windy.
Car parked at Cambo Estate, a few plants bought and then a walk through the walled garden. We had brought our own lunch which we ate in the courtyard.

A walk through the wood ..... sad that we missed the masses of snowdrops but they will grow again. At the end of the woodland path there is a wooden gate which marks the end of the estate.

Once through the gate you are very quickly on Kingsbarns golf course. Left turn to the Fife Coastal Path and the wonderful beach that stretches as far as the eyes can see.

The extra is one of the Tamworth ladies who live on the estate. Although we looked very hard we saw no sign of Lawrence the male Tamworth ...... next time we will take some of our food scraps as a lure!
