Some Early Birds.

Sharpish this morning we took a walk round Airthrey Loch at Stirling University. Very quiet which seemed to suit the birds. The heron was catching frogs, the tufted ducks were diving for whatever, the swan was sitting tight on the nest and the two mallard ducks just came up to say hello.
We also stopped off at Stirling Riverside to see what the blossom was like, see MaggieD’s blip.
Another chilly day with the wind from the east but it stayed mostly dry until the afternoon.
