Fitness on Track

Thanks Batelco & BIC. Had s fun evening at Fitness on the Track. A safe environment to walk, run or cycle. Had to show our green shield and register.  The cyclists used the outer track and we walked/ran around the inner track. Going back next week.

Canada to suspend passenger flights from India, Pakistan over Covid-19 fears.  
In addition, France is imposing a 10-day quarantine for travelers from Brazil, Chile, Argentina, South Africa and India, while the United Arab Emirates has suspended all flights from India. 

South Korea widens public access to virus self-test kits amid surge.
 797 new infections reported were the highest since Jan. 7.
The nationwide tally stands at 117,458 infections, with 1,811 deaths.
