One Central Park, Sydney

This mixed use high rise - residential and shopping centre - was built on the site of a former brewery. In 2013 it won a top award from the Green Building Council of Australia.

One Central Park's features have earned it international recognition. These include the world's tallest vertical garden (please view in large to see the intricacies of this tapestry of plants), a cantilevered heliostat which reflects daylight to the gardens and atrium below, a low carbon power plant and a water recycling plant.
