Digital Playdate

I took Orla round to Louisa's house this morning. Shockingly, we haven't seen them since before Christmas. Louisa has so many toys (partly the result of having four older girl cousins who've handed loads of stuff down to her) but both girls spent most of the time playing with apps. Then they resorted to more simple pleasures - making an assault course out of sofa cushions. Inevitably, it was a struggle to get Orla to leave for nursery. I promised we could go back next week if we're still waiting for baby.

Ed came home today, the end of his first week in London. Orla and I drove to the airport to pick him up. She was very excited about seeing her dad, but she does love the airport in its own right too. She always wants to know when she can next go on a plane.
