Possibly The Last Lake Walk For Lilo :(

I was shooting newly-arrived terns over Seventy Acres Lake when much-loved blue Staffie Lilo arrived. Her master and mistress were pushing her on her master's fishing trolley as she has cancer and arthritis and is no longer able to walk. She has an appointment to see the vet and the couple had brought her for a walk over her favourite route as they fear it will be her last. :( The dear dog seemed to be enjoying her trip. So sad when our pets are ill.

Lovely to see that the whitethroats have returned to Fishers Green. I got a quick shot but will try to better it over the coming weeks. Nice to hear the reed and sedge warblers singing away.
