Rain?!

It's been a long time since we've seen rain and I can confirm that this evening the rain seemed to be making up for lost time!!

I was quite literally soaked to the core on my stroll. What started out as a few drops very quickly turned into what can only be described as apocalyptic monsoon rain. The roads were almost instantly flooded with torrents of water flowing in every direction.

I returned home and did that drowned rat striptease by the door, everything in the washer and pyjamas straight on.

What a difference! The up side though? Definitely no watering required tonight!!
