Heading into the sunset...

...and a beauty it was. A clear night here in the Gulf Islands. The sky is black and cold and clear and the stars are magnificent. Ferry ride uneventful and as usual we made many trips up the hill from the dock to the house. Will there ever be a day when we don't? I am seriously beginning to long for that. And the quiet is spectacular. Happy to be here.
