Walkden town centre

One of the other students on my course mentioned last week about us doing a collaborative project about markets. So as I wanted to replace the peanut feeder that the squirrel has destroyed, I popped into the market bit of Walkden town centre.

That features in the extra, but I liked the desolate feeling in the main image. I really don’t know why the shopping centre has been extended several times in the last few years. None of this section has ever seen any use, and the rest is half empty. I’m going to go back with the camera soon and take a couple of stall holders portraits.
