That's it - no more Starbucks @ HK

I ordered a Café Mocha. If I were anywhere else in the world, it would come with whip cream and drizzle of chocolate unless you specifically asked for them to be skipped.

Or, they would ask if you want them.

At the Starbucks in HK? Every time I go, I have to TELL them I want whip cream, and they charge you for having the chocolate drizzle.

What happened this morning? I asked for Whip cream and chocolate drizzle - which they can't understand and so I told them chocolate sauce - and what did he give me? AN EXTRA SHOT

Is this how you gonna keep doing business here in HK? I will just walk the extra block to get Pacific Coffee from now on... At least they know how to serve their customers' orders as requested.
