It's a (royal) party

It's King's Day in The Netherlands, the birthday of our King Willem Alexander and a public holiday for all. In normal times there would be festivals and free markets with people clad in all sorts of festive orange hats and boas everywhere and the King and his family would visit one or two towns to participate in a day of fun and games. Obviously that's not possible in Covid-19 times, but the royal family is still having a televised special visit to Eindhoven where they will be having a digital party at the Hi-Tech Campus of the Eindhoven University of Technology  within the Corona rules.

Happy 60th birthday to pinkhairedlady who is also celebrating her birthday in Tiny Tuesday today :-) I hope our festive orange banner with tassel above the national flag (only used when a direct member of the royal family has a birthday) is appropriate for your party. Enjoy your day !
