Athletics club this evening..

We always get such a beautiful sky over the track .
It started reasonably warm but my god by 7pm it was cold . You had to keep moving or die .. and that’s a true science fact . I’ve tweaked my ankle doing some sprint training .. so I went to play with the shot putt instead.. you get proper coaching , I wasn’t just lobbing 4kg of metal about willy nilly . I need to face facts that I’ll never be in the Olympics .... ;-))
