To thing or not to thing?
that is the question.
Can it be that any-one in the known universe has not heard of "Liquorice allsorts"?
Herself is a long-time liquoriceholic, usually the "allsorts". I like liquorice only slightly more than that noxious weed celery so I generally get the squishy ones which, to my palate, are none-liquorice.
Some time ago it became possible to buy these ones, on their own, revelling under the odd name of "Spogs". I suppose they had to call them something.
Now, when she indulges her liquorphylic tendencies, I get a bag of Spogs.
Today, she took the notion, and there they were up on the top shelf.
Imagine my surprise when I read the packet label.
