Miss F and I mistakingly thought that it was Red Nose Day.

It is in fact next week, the 15th.

The noses this year are dinosesaurs and are called Triceytops, above, T-Spex and Dinomite.

So you have been warned that Red Nose Day is on 15th March. And yes I might blip the others.

Smile factor: well I've seen the thyroid specialist and the drugs are working. But I'm not really smiling as I might have to be on them for the next five years. And there isn't a magic cure for how I currently feel so I'll smile and carry on
