Not A Fine Day

I'm a bit grumpy today. This is the second year in a row that I've been fined for a late tax return. To add insult to injury, I pay an accountant to look after these things for me (last year he had health problems and fell behind with his work, this year his wife left him).
I think I'll be holding the fine back from his fee, and then looking for a new accountant.
