Seat of power - er... inaction

This is the US Capitol Building (which was infamously 'stormed' on Jan 6) where legislative decisions are made.  Well, used to be made.  Thanks to the GOP, no actual legislation has been passed in many years (including under past presidents).  Legislating by (temporary) executive orders and by a bunch of people who believe in an authoritarian government ruled by a minority is bad business for a democracy....
