Falling into line!

We absolutely had to go to Primark this morning as my son’s only remaining school trousers have finally ‘bitten the dust’ and we were desperate.

After fifty-five minutes in the queue - and still a further ten minutes from the entrance - it occurred to me that they really do need to operate a triage-type system...
