Day Two Mushroom Farming

I was amazed when I went into the kitchen this morning and saw how much the mushrooms had grown overnight...almost an inch would be my guess.  I have loaded a shot in extra to show you what the whole clump looked like today.  The block that they are growing out of is about the size of a brick. The focus isn't great but you will get the idea. 

I was a bit lazy with my lighting and it shows in this shot and I subsequently  struggled with color adjustment.  Tomorrow I will try for some natural light
