Traybake presentation fail. Tasted good though!

Bit of an experimental cooking day. Watermelon and paneer curry for dinner, sounds odd but was good (if you ignore the effort and mess of deseeding 3kg of watermelon!).

Caught up with the Upiles. Great to chat, looking forward to actually seeing people in person. Particularly given this is the year of the 40s for most of us.
