Tulip

I have a few of these tulips in the front garden but nowhere near as many as I originally planted. I like their colour against the cordyline, and there are a few white daffodils in the bed too that also look good. I think that colour combination would make a good display in a pot. Maybe for next year. The front garden needs a rethink which we’ve been planning to do this year but I’m not sure if I have the energy. I’m hoping to get a new patio area in the back garden shortly so planting that will be my priority this year.

I had my first visitor for a cup of tea in the garden this afternoon since restrictions were relaxed - it was lovely. I’m being very slow in taking advantage of these “freedoms”.
