An almost normal day

I hadn’t slept too well due to going to sleep way too late last night so decided a ride with F was on the cards

Managed to struggle round for 10 am and we did a great loop to hill fam and back, route out was new to me. Lots of people up there enjoying the sun and eating their take outs including us! Felt a lot stronger on the ride back than out, maybe I am starting to get fitter

In the afternoon, A invited me round to eat cake and drink a cocktail in the sun with her. This was the first time I’d seen A in person without a mask at her home (we’ll garden) since last year. It felt so good to catch up

So all in all a great day!
