Prescription take back day

at various locations. I came to this one, there were at least 20 police personal there and not one 'customer' in sight, when I arrived they came to me (because I was just about to enter the wrong way) and I handed them the goods, as I called it.
The pharmacies used to take those drugs back, no longer, now you are supposed to put them in a plastic bag, pour hot water over it and then add 'cat litter' and let it cool and dispose in the trash... 
this was easier, and I did not have the nerve to take a photograph close up... of the police.
And by the way this was in the Aldi shopping center, so I bought my groceries there. Two birds killed in one shot....
