Ascott House

A visit today to Ascott House - https://www.nationaltrust.org.uk/ascott - a National Trust property near us that dates back to the early 1600s, but was restored and develope by the Rothschilds in the late 18th century.

The house was shut, but the grounds are an absolute delight.  These are just four blips - including the box sundial - but the staturary and views are sublime.  I could have posted 20 blips!

A return visit soon I imagine
