Afternoon ride (Day 2162)

After the morning woofer wander, I zoomed into town and did the weekly shop before Tesco got hideously busy.
Back home to unload, then off out to a 9am appointment with a customer in Stromness, fitting parts I have been waiting for since last week. With the job done, I had a quick visit to the horses to give them a quick check and to remove their rugs.
I had another job to deal with mid morning, after which the plan was to get out with the woofers. The job went well enough, but a panicked message from my house re-furb customer meant a change of plans and a less leisurely woofer wander than anticipated.
I headed down to Holm after the dog walk and dealt with a much smaller leak than the message suggested. I was expecting a ceiling down and water pouring out of the door. The ceiling had a bit of a damp patch and there were a few drips on the floor.
Home again, I met up with my beautiful wife and we headed to Stromness for the best bit of the day. We had a really lovely ride out on George and Red fabulous sunshine. Fingers crossed for another ride out in the morning.
