Hoorn

This morning we started with a fresh egg. The farm we stay has a lot of chickens, so there where a lot of eggs to choose from. After breakfast we went to Hoorn. It’s a beautiful village, as you can see on the picture. Then we drove through the Beemster area, it is famous for it’s tulip fields and the whole area is situated below sealevel. There where 2 old fortresses from WO1 we visited. In the late afternoon we went to Volendam. We walked across the dike and spotted a famous Dutch guy, named Kees Tol ;)
