Weeping willow

Taken from my chair on my friends patio. I stopped for coffee after walking Elvis. They are always hacking branches off, but this tree is determined to be large! It’s a shame that it dwarfs two cherry trees which hardly get any light these days. It’s due for another severe haircut in the winter!
The temperature on our patio in the shade was 30 degrees today, so I got my shorts and vest out of the loft! We did some work in the potager, planted French beans, aubergines and peppers, and made plans, then I went off to clean out the henhouse.
