Eeeeek..... I

.......one of those days! Long, long phone calls & little achieved. BT turned up today....rather than next Wednesday as arranged. They may have sorted the problem but.....there again they may not have. We didn’t know we had said problem until they told us!! Need wine & crisps - got both!
