Bake off

Drizzly wet day again today, cycled to Sainsburys but didnt want to take the camera!
So decided to photo what I'd baked for Mother's day on Sunday, using Spelt flour. Not used this before but wanted to try it. So made a vegan Banana and date tea loaf. can't wait to taste it but proof of the pudding is in the eating hehehe
