Tulip hover

It was minutes since I'd said to Rich that the new tulips don't seem to have attracted anything.  Nice to be proven wrong!  They're providing a lovely splash of colour this year but I was getting a bit disappointed that I hadn't spotted anything visiting.  

I'm going to suggest Syrphus ribesii because of the yellow femur but I'm not particularly confident on that.
